DELIVERY INFORMATION

Postage and Packaging


We offer free P&P on orders over £150. Packages under 2kg cost just £4.20, packages under 4kg cost £6.85 and all gold and silver jewellery is sent special delivery with insurance cover up to the value of the item. All orders are sent by Royal Mail and Packages will require a signature on delivery. Our jewellery items are attractively presented in gift boxes.



Item Availability


Most of our items are in stock or available within 1-2 working days. Any delays over a day or two will be notified to you by email and you will be able to cancel the order if necessary. If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us on 01786 446600 (charged at local rates). Alternatively, please do not hesitate to contact us on ahdors@tiscali.co.uk before placing an order and we will check the current availability of any given item. 
While all of our items are readily available, occasionally there may be delays, especially at the Christmas period or where a ring in a specific size is unavailable. We will email you within one working day should the estimated delivery time be delayed by more than a day or two, and will proceed with the order as normal or cancel and refund all money should you wish to do so. We believe in good customer service and will always keep you informed.



Delivery Times


Items are always dispatched the same or next working day. Deliveries are not made on Sundays. 
We dispatch all orders as soon as possible, but if you are in urgent need of an item or need it for a specific day, please email us on ahdors@tiscali.co.uk and we will do our best to meet your requirements.



Returns Policy


Our returns policy is governed by our Terms and Conditions. You can return items in their original condition within 14 calendar days of receipt of the item(s) for a replacement or a full refund less the P&P costs that you paid (i.e. nothing if the item was over £150) and/or gift wrapping costs. You should include any jewellery box or you may be liable to a charge, or at worst the item could be damaged in the post without it.
For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings or sets containing pierced earrings are non-returnable. Personalized or specially designed commissions are also non-returnable.
Should you wish to return an item, please securely re-package the item to minimise the risk of damage in the post. We would also appreciate it if you would email us on ahdors@tiscali.co.uk to let us know to expect the item, so that we can process the refund quickly. Proof of posting should be obtained when returning an item.
 All items should be returned to: Ahdors Gold & Gifts, 56 Upper Craigs, Stirling, UK, FK8 2DS .

We will refund the purchase price to you as soon as possible, normally the same day that we receive the item. We will email you to keep you informed as to the status of the return.
